We select specific US OEM product line to sell.
We assume the cost associated with marketing your product.
The OEM provide the marketing materials such as indicated application, samples, literature, and Regulatory information for the product.
We follow the manufacturer marketing guidelines for its sale workforce.
We ask for 12 months sale representation contract, preferred to be exclusive for the agreed upon product.
We assume the marketing's risk and share the reward of sale.
We work on sale commission only.
